Issuing of cloaks and passes for the graduands will be taken place at respective Faculties on 1st and 2nd September 2017 from 9.00 am to 12.00 pm and from 1.00 pm to 4.00 pm.
After the convocation all graduates should handover their cloaks and shawl to the special counter arranged at the BMICH. Also on following days cloaks and shawl can be handover to the each Faculty office.
