A workshop on web designing was held on 27th August 2020 at the Department of Anthropology premises for the 3rd and 4th year anthropology students. This workshop was conducted by Mr. Hiranya Sudharaka, Software Engineer at Zone 24×7 and grandaunt of the faculty of humanities and social sciences.
This workshop was conducted under the AHEAD project and coordinated by Dr. Sepala Samarasekara (Coordinator-AHEAD), Prof. Charmalie Nahallage, Dr. Nelum Kanthilatha, Dr. Praneeth Abhayasundara (Activity Coordinator-AHEAD) and Dr. Tharaka Ananda (Activity Coordinator-AHEAD) under the guidance of Prof. Yasanjalee Jayathilake; head of the respective department.
Mr. Kanishka Wijayarathna, Ms. Chathurangani and Ms. Sanjeewani also supported in coordinating this event. In addition to the 3rd and 4th year undergraduates of the department 2nd year undergraduates were also participated in this workshop through Zoom.
