SUMMARY:3rd International Conference on Intangible Cultural Heritage
DESCRIPTION:The 3rd International Conference on Intangible Cultural Heritage organized by the Department of Anthropology will be held on 22nd and 23rd December 2021. \nInauguration of the Conference will be held on 22nd December 2021 with the participation of the Chief Guest; Snr. Prof. Sudantha Liyanage\, Vice-Chancellor of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura\, Guest of Honor; Dr. Punchinilame Meegaswaththa\, Secretary-General\, Sri Lanka National Commission for UNESCO\, Keynote Speaker; Prof. Sumahan Bandyopadhyay\, Vidyasagar University\, India and Prof. Shiranthra Heenkenda\, Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. \nMore than 300 research papers will be presented in three languages; Sinhala\, English\, and Tamil throughout the two days of the conference in more than 5 parallel sessions. \nThis year’s conference is chaired by Prof. Sepala Samarasekara and with the assistance of the secretariat Dr. Ravindra Kumara. \nDownload Conference Agenda>>\nDownload Conference Program>>
