SUMMARY:An Examination of The Ethical Dimensions of Environmental Policy
DESCRIPTION:  \nIt has become imperative for policy makers to take more seriously the value assumptions and conflicts connected to environmental issues or environmental philosophy. This presentation will emphasize that environmental problems have ethical dimensions – it will determine the practical relevance of ethical theories for environmental policy making and management. The fundamental question will then be the significance of ethics for the creation of a sustainable society.
