The International Journal of Social Statistics (IJSS) is an open access double-blind peer-reviewed journal, bi-annually (in January and July) published by the Department of Social Statistics, University of Sri Jayewardenepura Sri Lanka. The journal serves as a forum for knowledge dissemination on theoretical works of statistics and applying statistical techniques in any disciplines that fall within the journal’s scope. Further, it welcomes empirical papers, addressing insights into quantitative results in statistics.
All manuscripts are subject to peer review. The review process is expected to take up to three to five weeks from the date of initial submission. The e-journal will be uploaded and publicized on the official website of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura.
