SUMMARY:Training program on Professional Development and Team Building
DESCRIPTION:Professional development and team building are important for interns because they help to build essential skills and qualities that are necessary for success in any career. Through professional development\, interns can gain knowledge and skills in areas such as communication\, time management\, problem-solving\, and critical thinking. Team building\, on the other hand\, not only enhances an intern’s ability to work collaboratively with others\, but also promotes mutual understanding\, trust\, and respect among team members. \nTherefore\, before starting the internship\, the Department of Social Statistics is organizing a training program on Professional Development and Team Building for the fourth-year students of the department. The session will take place on 12th June 2023 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the University premises. Mr. Ramzi Zaindeen and Ms. Thevuni Kotigala\, two well-experienced professional consultants will join as the facilitators of the training program.
