Fourth-year students who are preparing for institutional training in the upcoming semester actively participated in the workshop.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mr. Haritha Perera, Senior Executive &#8211; Talent Acquisition, and Mr. Sharon Fernando, Coordinator &#8211; Talent Acquisition from the Group of Human Resources, Dialog Axiata joined as resource persons of the workshop. They inspired participants through their industry-level experiences and shared invaluable knowledge on career readiness.
